Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your order at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.

• Requests made less than 24 hours before delivery may not be accepted if preparation has begun in our Bhelupur studio.
• For same-day delivery orders within Varanasi, cancellations are not accepted once the order is processed (typically within 30 minutes of placing).

2. Non-Cancellable Items

Personalized gifts, perishable items once dispatched, and any same-day order placed within the express window cannot be cancelled. Custom mandap and wedding arrangements with confirmed deposits are also non-cancellable.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. If we cancel the order at our end (e.g. due to non-availability or pincode service issues), a 100% refund is issued immediately and we'll try to offer a same-day replacement first.
