By using Kashi Florals and our services, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
2. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice — you pay the price shown at checkout.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders placed against obvious pricing errors, with a full refund to the original payment method.
- Order confirmation is subject to flower availability on the morning of dispatch.
3. Delivery
- Delivery times are best efforts. Old-city traffic around Godowlia and Dashashwamedh, and the rush around festival weeks (Dev Deepawali, Mahashivratri, Holi), can add 20–60 minute delays.
- Our rider calls before arrival and waits up to ten minutes at the recipient's door.
- For same-day delivery within Varanasi, orders must be placed before 2:00 PM IST.
- We deliver across Varanasi, Lanka, Sigra, Bhelupur, Cantt and Sarnath, with surrounding pincodes covered on a next-day basis.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund.
- Same-day orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing — after that the arrangement is already being tied.
- Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 5–7 working days.
- Perishable items (flowers, cakes) cannot be returned once delivered.
5. Product Quality
We guarantee 100% freshness on the day of delivery. If you receive damaged or unsatisfactory product:
- Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos.
- We'll replace the arrangement or issue a full refund — your call.
- Live flowers vary slightly from the studio photographs by season; the design language stays the same.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
