Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept physical returns. However, we offer full refunds or same/next-day replacements for valid quality concerns — your satisfaction is the only metric that matters to us in Kashi Florals' Varanasi studio.
Eligible for Refund or Replacement
- Flowers delivered in damaged or wilted condition.
- The wrong product or arrangement delivered.
- Significant quality issues with the arrangement.
- Delivery not attempted on the scheduled date.
- Missing items from the order (e.g. add-on cake, chocolates, greeting card).
Not Eligible for Refund
- Natural wilting after 3–5 days — normal for fresh-cut flowers in the Varanasi climate.
- Damage caused by the recipient after delivery.
- Incorrect delivery due to a wrong address provided at checkout.
- Orders not claimed or recipient unavailable at the address.
- Change of mind after a successful delivery.
How to Request a Refund
- Report within 24 hours. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We review your case. Our quality team in Bhelupur will review the photos and order details, typically within a few hours.
- Resolution within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Replacements are delivered same-day or next-day across Varanasi.
Report Timeline
All quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence — fresh flower issues are obvious in the first day; we can't reliably assess them after that.
